Day 4 of the 30 day challenge is something green. This is a statue that is located in the “caves” area of the City Museum in St. Louis, MO. My daughter’s Girl Scout troop had a sleep over there this weekend.
From 6 p.m. until 8 a.m. the museum is full of girl scouts from around the area. We got a really nice supper of pizza, salad and cookies. We got to see a magic show and do some crafts.
They had free run of the “play” areas of the museum all night (except the outside areas were closed at 11 p.m. and the roof was only open from 6 a.m. until 8 a.m. with the Ferris wheel only in operation for about an hour and half).
They also had popcorn and a movie around 11 p.m. Breakfast was served at 6 a.m. It consisted of sausage, hash browns, French toast sticks with syrup, juice, milk, cold cereal, bagels and cream cheese and coffee. But, my favorite part was getting to ride the rooftop Ferris wheel after breakfast.
It was a fun night for all, but very tiring after being out until after midnight the night before for my nephew’s graduation party. It was a very busy weekend.
